Welcome to our neighborhood!

The Lakes Subdivision, established in 1988 under restrictive covenants, is a private gated community of 130 custom built homes residing on spacious one-acre lots in the heart of Mandeville. Strategically developed around the natural topography of the Chinchuba water conservancy, Lakes’ residents are frequently found fishing or paddling the lake, walking the cobblestone bridge or simply enjoying the serenity of this quaint, secluded neighborhood.  The single entry and exit point, accented by the historic Gatehouse, is conveniently located off of Lonesome Road at the end of Greenleaves Blvd, in Mandeville, LA.  (MAP)
